Basso extra virgin olive oil is a well-balanced mixture of extra virgin olive oils from Spain (Arbequina and Hojiblanca), Italy (Ogliarola and Coratina) and Greece (Koroneiki variety) carefully selected by the company.
The goal is to achieve a blend that is an extra virgin olive oil whose organoleptic profile, can always meet the taste of the average consumer. In that it recognizes and appreciates the constancy in time of aromas and flavours. An oil with intense fruity rich olfactory notes and a slightly spicy taste, with a pleasant bitterness, which fit perfectly with the sweet notes of fruit and green grass.
In the kitchen suitable for all uses, both as a dressing for meat, fish and vegetables, and for cooking sauces, soups and side dishes, enriching and enhancing the taste.
