This superb organic Greek extra-virgin olive oil is made from organically grown Koroneiki and Athinoelia olives from the Southern Peloponnese region of Greece. Its Extra Virgin classification means that it is produced without chemical treatment, contains less than 0.8% acidity, and has a superior taste. The olives are mechanically pressed without applied heat – referred to as cold extraction – to preserve the nutritional value and the delicate flavour and aroma.
